1.     What is CX Summit?

CX Summit is the go-to contact center professional event that brings the Five9 communities together to learn, share, and collaborate. CX Summit attendees learn about Five9 products and tools, get direct access to the Five9 product teams, and hear from industry thought leaders, share best practices and learn advanced techniques. CX Summit is a great place to network and socializes with your peers.

There are no fees to attend CX Summit.  Your only expenses will include your travel, hotel, and incidentals.  We look forward to hosting you and providing some great food, great conversations, and some incredible experiences.

7.     What is the attire for CX Summit?

Casual attire is appropriate for the entire event. Bring a sweater or sweatshirt as session rooms in the hotel can be cool.

Sessions & Content
 

1.     What is the agenda and session content for CX Summit 2018?

CX Summit East agenda is located here, and the CX Summit West agenda is located here.

 

2.     When will session content be available?

Detailed sessions descriptions and speaker details will be released towards the end of January.

 

3.     How long are the sessions?

Most sessions will run approximately 30-60 minutes, and our workshop sessions will last 120 minutes.

 

 

Registration
 

1.     How do I register for CX Summit 2018?

To register for CX Summit, simply fill out the online registration forms located at www.five9cxsummit.com.

 

2.     When will I receive my CX Summit 2018 badge?

CX Summit badges are available for pickup onsite at the registration area during designated registration hours. All related conference materials will be available for pickup after you have checked in at the CX Summit registration area. A government issued, photo ID will be required to activate your badge and to collect your CX Summit materials.

 

3.     Can I register onsite at CX Summit?

Yes, onsite registration is available beginning on Monday at 12:00 p.m. at both locations.

 

4.     What if I registered and am now unable to attend?

You may transfer your conference pass to another individual within your company by logging into your registration and making the change.

 

5.     What is the age restriction for CX Summit?

Attendees must be 18 years or older.

 

6.     Are children permitted to attend CX Summit 2018?

Unfortunately, children are not permitted at any CX Summit sessions or activities, including the evening events. However, the resort is very family-friendly, and Fort Lauderdale and La Jolla offer numerous activities that may be appealing to families.

 

7.     Can I bring a guest to the Customer Appreciation Events?

At this time, we do not have any programs to support a guest at the event.

 

 

Accommodations & Travel
 

1.     Where should I stay?

The Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach and the Lodge at Torrey Pines are the official CX Summit hotels and will be offering discounted rates to CX Summit attendees. The conference itself is onsite at the resorts so that you will have direct and convenient access to all conference amenities from there.

 

2.     Are there discounts for hotel accommodations?

The official CX Summit hotels and will be offering a discounted rate for a specific block of rooms.  Once the room block is full the hotel will try to honor the rate yet there is no guarantee that they can do so.  

  • The Sonesta Hotel in Fort Lauderdale will be $259/night.  (ROOM BLOCK SOLD OUT)

  • The Lodge at Torrey Pines in La Jolla will be $330/night.
     

To take advantage of the discounted rate at the hotel, you must book early and through the CX Summit registration process. Additional charges such as occupancy rates and tax are not included in the room rate and may be applied by the hotel.

 

3.     Can I come a few days early or stay a few days extra to enjoy either location?

Yes, absolutely.  Come early or stay late, and enjoy. Accommodations at the host hotels are available to CX Summit attendees at our discounted rate for three days prior and three days after the event dates.

 

4.     Where should I fly into?

Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is the closest commercial airport to the Sonesta Fort Lauderdale.  The San Diego International Airport (SDN) is the closest commercial airport to the Lodge at Torrey Pines.

 

5.     How long does it take to get to/from the airport and how much does it cost?

Traveling from either airport to the resorts takes approximately 20 minutes or longer in traffic.
